Why we chose to go with the name Squamish?

It sounds kind of funny right, we think it makes an interesting conversation starter.

The name is adapted from the indigenous name Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, which means mother wind.

The 7 in represents a glottal stop, which is similar to a brief, silent pause
